It took forever but Wyndham gave me a mutual release and my money back from an upgrade that was initiated on January 22. Mentioning deceptive trade practices and saying that I now have time to see a lawyer about it to the right person all helped apparently. Go to the top without letting lower people in the food chain put up obstacles. Wyndham paid me $11,483 back to my credit card on July 15th. I did not know that they had done it til today, but I am a stress reduced individual pertaining to the messed up upgrade that I put in here on May 20th. Ya Baby!!!!
