Help, we have invested a significant amount of money into Kaanapali Beach Club. My husband, due to macular, has lost most of his vision. We need to sell this timeshare. Can I ask for suggestions as to what is the best way to get out of this commitment, short of giving it away.
Unfortunately, if it's not paid off, you probably will not be able to sell it, because in most cases, what you owe, will be more than the resale value. If it's paid off, or nearly paid off, you might be able to sell it.
