MR Points on Marriott maintenance fees?

Hi - this is my first year paying MF on a Marriott timeshare - will I get MR points from the standard rewards program (10p/$1 spent)? I also have the MR Visa Card - should I expect the 5 p/$1 Marriott spending that is part of the credit card rewards?

Just the 5 to 1. 10 to 1 is for hotel stays

Do I understand you guys correctly? If I use my Marriott Visa I get 5X in points?

Last year I paid by check. If I can get rewards points I might as well paid by using my VISA.

That is correct. You get 5 points per dollar when you put your MF on your Chase MR visa.

I pay everything I can with my Marriott credit card for the points. It's part of the game!
