Mountainside Lodge, Whistler, for sale - what does this mean?

We have received a refund of the MFs for units which are assigned to us after the sale in late May. ~ $1,200 / unit. They credited the credit card we paid them with.

Well, at least you go those back. Have they given an estimate/word if there will be anything left for owners after the sale?

I've been waiting but nothing showed up. However, I did get an email today asking for.proof of having paid my fees (e.g. credit cars stmt) which I'll definitely be sending

We have heard nothing about any further payments. Just the repayment of the 2025 MFs of weeks reserved after the closing date of May 28.

I've had no refunds and the last email on 5th September just said "The Receiver is developing a Member claims process and assessing the methodologies that may be used for quantifying the Members’ claims arising from the Approval and Vesting Order and the sale approved thereunder. The Receiver is consulting with its legal counsel and damage claim quantification professionals to develop fair and reasonable claim quantification methodologies. The Receiver will report to and seek Court approval of the Member claims process in due course. The Member claims process timelines and procedures will be communicated to Members once available."

Why its taking them so long is not explained.
