I emailed about a giveback program. Their response was:
Try to sell
Try to rent
OR
Send to tender
" Kindly note that the tender process works in the same as a closed auction and that the member in terms of the tender process the member will receive a Final Notice and only after 14 days, then only will the week be listed on tender.
When the timeshare is listed on tender, the member will not be able to request a selling price, but the week will be awarded to the highest bidder on the week
Should the tender be successful, we confirm that your client’s shares will be transferred the third party accordingly.
The levies associated with the
Share Block is raised in accordance with the SBCA, which levies remain payable until the association between the parties comes to an end."

This was their response to my email. Any comments would be appreciated
