Morritts Grand Resort Vs Tortuga Club In Caymans

TUGS rates the Morritts Grand Resort higher than its Tortuga Club.
Appreciate any feedback, pro and con, about both.
I have never been to either and hoping to go in 2008....

They are both in the same place and share grounds, etc. We stayed in the Tortuga Club and thought they were quite nice. These units are set around pools and are not ocean view. The Grand is ocean view and I would guess a bit nicer, but I've never been in them.
 
The Tortuga oceanfronts took severe damage from Ivan. One remains and new ones are being built but are called "Seaside". These should be on par with Grand with elevators (like Grand) vs stairs for Tortuga and are concrete vs wood, etc. Other differences from Tortuga (if I remember correctly) are ceiling fans, dishwashers, safes... .
