MOC Lahaina & Napili Room request

I have a 2 bed OF reserved with points- what should I request? Have they all been recently refreshed? View is my top priority, so any request beyond high floor? Are the units set back too far to hear the ocean? Does one have a better angle for sunset this time of year?

We are on the 8th floor of the Napili Tower this week. The view of the water, islands and sunset are great. However, the sun is setting behind Lanai. You are correct that this tower is set back from the water farther than the Lahaina Tower is, but we can still hear the waves.

Since your reservation is with points I believe you are more likely to be in this tower, but definitely put in a request for “high floor, Lahaina Tower.” Maybe you’ll get it. Either way it’s a fantastic resort. Enjoy!

We are on the 10th floor Napili. It has not been refurbished yet. They are currently doing work on the first floor in Napili.

Same here on 8. That said, our carpet in the living room looks good. From what I can see they are replacing carpeting and mattresses. Couldn’t tell beyond that.
