We recently went to a wedding and were surprised to see how much information was missing from the program handed out in the church. I don't know if the family put it together without thinking things through, or if it was intentional. But since the people in the wedding and relatives often keep theirs as a memento, in the future anyone looking at one will not get key facts in the family history.
Missing from the program:
Name of bride and groom
Name of parents and grandparents
Time, date and place of the wedding
(At least the wedding party and order of service was listed).
Then on the back, a typo. It read 'Thank you for being apart of our day' which actually meant the opposite of what they intended 'a part of our day'.
And then no name again, of who was giving the thanks!
All kind of funny. So many details in planning a wedding, and they missed quite a few here.
