My son is 21 and we're looking at booking 3 days for him. Can he check in or is the age 23?

And, yes, he's very responsible. No party issues.

I think most of the Wyndham resorts are 21. But I would call the front desk of the specific resort and double-check.

For example, it is my understanding that many resorts in Panama City Beach raise the age to 25 during spring break. Wyndham does not, they will allow 21 year olds to check in. But they are very strict - 0 tolerance policy - 1 strike and the police will be there to evict/escort them off the property.

We are going to panama city beach this friday for 10 day. Check in age is still 21 according to the email they sent me today. I did talk to the front desk and they confirmed the 1 strike and then your out policy.

Have fun Jason, but don't get kicked out.

I was there a month ago, sure do like that place. I was disappointed they have glued shut one side of the sliding door to the balcony. You used to be able to open both sides of the sliding doors. I guess it was a maintenance nightmare (broken handles, etc) and this helps cut down on some of the issues they were seeing. I called maintenance because we couldn't open ours.
