I just attempted to make a restricted SO reservation at midnight eastern, and it states:

You currently do not have enough StarOptions available to reserve this villa. Please contact Owner Services with your Result ID, ******, for more details.

These restricted options should be available within 60 days, which this is, assuming midnight is still the cutoff time. Is it?

Or, is "within 60 days" actually 59 days? I believe this is my first time with restricted options. Thanks!
 
Mea culpa. It turns out I just can't count days. Never mind!
