Does anyone know if Marriott sold any Grande Vista 2 bedrooms as non lock off units?

No. While there are non lock off units at Grande Vista, all units were sold as floating week floating unit. So any owner can lock off their 2BR unit.

To add, for deeding purposes a non lock off may be listed. Regardless of lock off or non lock off on the deed, all 2br owners have an equal opportunity to reserve (based on availability at the time the reservation is made) either a non lock off 2 br or a 2 br lock off or a 1 br and a studio.

Yes, it works the same as the 2BR.
