Received a letter the other day from the MGV general manager about MF. Looks like they are going up by about 6.5%. The letter indicates a 11% hike in property taxes and a 19% :eek: increase in their electricity costs.
 
I just purchased a Newport Coast and it just hit my Marriott account. MF for 2009 is $822. Taxes are about $170, so total MF is approx $992 it appears. A another note, it appears I can pay the MFs now so its nice that I can pay now instead of lumped with all my other weeks. I wish I could stagger my weeks more, then is wouldn't be so bad. 2009 MFs for me will be about $10k.
Ouch!
