MF due date is 1/1 but late fees kick in later. This is a list of grace periods per resort.

While MFs are due 1/1, late fees kick in after a certain period of time. If want to delay by a couple days in order to get the charges onto the next CC billing statement, this is how you can do it with no penalty to you at all.

Here's a community-built list:

- 10 days: Trump, Ocean Tower, District, Central at 5th, Ocean Enclave
- 15 days: Marbrisa
- 30 days: Valdoro, Craig Lodges, Bay Club
- 45 days: Elara, Flamingo, Boulevard, Paradise, West 57th, Plantation Beach Club, Kohala, Grand Islander, Kings Land, Seawatch
- 60 days: Seaworld II

Looks like they just changed it. I was looking at my activation bill from a month earlier which had 10 days. The 2024 bill has 30 days.
