Common sense should come into play at some point in time. When has any pandemic closed churches and kept people from gathering and made us wear face masks? This has gotten out of hand. It's an illness. What happens the next illness? This is why voluntary is better than mandatory. I will protect those who are older and those who are vulnerable. I want to be Sweden.
riigghhtt ... the old common sense Darwinian way
but I wish the NCAA basketball playoffs were "voluntary"

This is another political post, a very transparent attempt to get the thread in time out again.
In case you did not notice, the thread is not about me (Dr. AtlasLOL !
Just google "Dr. Scott Atlas"
wait a minute. ............................ YOU are really Dr. Scott Atlas
well played my friend .....![]()
Don't you know the rules or you do not care? This is another political post, IMO a very transparent attempt to get the thread on time out again.
What he does not seem to realize is that when he does that he is bumping the thread to the top of the "what's new" section and more people are going to click on it. Those who read it will have enough facts to make up their own mind. This strategy is actually working against his clear desire to censure the topic. @Brett Keep it up buddy!Danny, this seems to be the style he chooses. It's indeed a never ending cycle. Post... Report... Post... Report... Post... Report..., etc.
Perhaps preventing the one person who keeps on bringing up political references and posts in this thread could be an alternative? The rest of the posts have been very informative and not against TUG's posting rules, IMO.Because someone keeps creating multiple Sweden threads, I opened this thread to merge it with today's thread. I'm going to be watching it very carefully, and if it goes off the rails it will be closed quickly.
Can you give an example of a post that you consider is inappropriate and just "stirs the pot" in this thread? I've been scanning and haven't seen really anything rude or offensive, except the blatantly political posts and the posts complaining about the blatantly political posts. I think a little clarification would be helpful here for all.Hoodlums on both sides - when you post just to stir the pot, you make more work for the Mods.
You sure do make a lot of assumptions. Since you won't answer my question, will any other moderator do so, in order to give some guidance here?Nope - I have no interest in this thread, and I have no intention of combing through it looking for examples which you will later try to use against me.![]()
