Has anyone used "memorablevacations".
They are an Ebay seller.
117 positive feedback (100%). Opened one year ago.

Just bought an almost too good to be true timeshare for $1. + $449 transfer and closing cost. (2br Villa Del Palmar Cabo)

Seems to be legit, but curious if anyone has used them.
Thanks,
Al

eBay Feedback is 100 % positive + 229 which means 250 + Transactions

Be comfortable that they will pick the closing company and that it will be a affilated entity

My sale with them went through fine. Timely and correct.
One issue was the maintenance fee. They stated the correct amount, but failed to mention the heavy penalty because it was way overdue. I didn't stress and just paid it.

The question is did you get use for the year you paid the maintenance fee and the penalty - hard to tell since your original post is from 2008

Reasonably sure the inhouse closing company assisted in convinsing you it was your responsibility, even though the seller probably received a significant sum from the original owner to stop the on going maintenance fee burden . . . . .

I did get the use of the year.
No one convinced me to pay the extra. I chose to do it on my own. It was still a good deal for me & I took resonsibility for not checking with the resort before buying it.
