Mayan palace Riviera Maya status...anyone?

Please ...does anyone know if the new pool/lazy river will be done soon???thanks ,:) :) sally
 
From posts on this site and another one that I check regularly, I do not think it is close. On one site, someone posted photos, and it was half full of dirty water. Someone else posted that they were converting the new MP units (over by where the pool and lazy river is being built) to Bliss units. If that is the case, my opinion is that they will probably postpone opening the lazy river to coincide with the opening of the Bliss units.

thanks pittle... but if anyone can come up with some recent info..that would be great!!:)
 
I checked the photos, and they were taken 10-16-08, so they are pretty current. I have friends going the last week of January and the first week of February, so maybe they will be able to tell me more.
 
I am going this Sunday to Mayan Palace Riviera Maya. Will let you know when I get back:hi:
