Mayan Palace Puerto Penasco Late May stays, ???

Can anyone help me. We are thinking about staying here. But I have three questions


1) On RCI I see two different RCI #'s. Any info on this, as neither say all in clusive, etc... 6823 and 6860


2) We are thinking about going in late May (only because we cant see availability in June or July. But weather is a concern..

Is this a area that you dont goto unless you go in late June - Sept.

Meaning is the outdoor pools going to be to cold

Is the beach and ocean something we are going to want to avoid....



3) Do June-July 2007 weeks come up here. I dont see any current ones ....

Late May is actually probably a pretty good time. The weather in Puerto Penasco is similar to Phoenix, so late May should be warm. In June and July it gets quite muggy. Also, be aware it's quite a ways outside of town. You won't likely be bopping into town on a daily basis. We love it there. There are no waves to speak of, just a calm sea that is shallow for a long ways out there. The sunsets are quite spectacular.

May should be a Ideal time to visit.
They have a nice large glass inclosed indoor pool that is always heated to a comfortable Temp as well the outdoor pool.
Summer months can get really Hot.
If I recall correctly one of the two RCI ID# for this resort represented units deposited by the developer and had some additional 1 in 4 type of restrictions shown in the online listing.
