Yes, I am a BG owner with HGV Max. Our owner website just added these 13 HGV properties to the selection of resorts that we have available to book:

Anderson Ocean Club, Myrtle Beach, SC
Bent Creek Golf Village, Gatlinburg, TN
Cabo Azul, San Jose del Cabo, Mexico
Chicago Magnificent Mile, Chicago, IL
Daytona Beach Regency, Daytona Beach, FL
Elara, Las Vegas, NV
Historic Powhatan, Williamsburg, VA
Liberty Place Charleston, Charleston, SC
Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach, SC
Polo Towers, Las Vegas, NV
SeaWorld Orlando, Orlando, FL
The Central at 5th, New York, NY
The Modern, Honolulu, HI

As others have mentioned, we can only book these HGV Max resorts 7 months into the future, while our existing Bluegreen properties can be booked 11 months into the future. Also, there is a note that some of the HGV Max properties will require a minimum 3-night booking (while the norm for all of the BG properties is a minimum 2-night stay).

Could someone here that comes from the Hilton side of the HGV Max equation please list which 12 Bluegreen properties are now available to you? Thanks.

These are a mix of HGVC, bHC and HVC. The HGVC resorts listed are Anderson, Enclave, Chicago and Seaworld. Each of those will have a three night minimum. Since Central on 5th is a bHC has a one day minimum, but I would look and see if that has a 7 month booking window. The booking window for us HGVC club members is 75 days. Elara could be HGVC or bHC. The top few floors are bHC and the rest are HGVC, but it has the same HGVC booking windows either way.

I'm sure they don't. It is Hilton's mechanism for selling more points (or deeds) to existing members. When it was introduced to Embarc, it was confirmed to me that it definitely would not be free. Existing members who had Extraordinary Escapes (which was also only gotten by buying more points from Diamond - at the time) had to buy MORE points again to get Max.
