Didn’t know it closed
Any Maverick owners still left out there? From info I could find this resort has been closed since 2022 due to hurricane damage. It was just earlier this year that Vacatia was announced as new manager, replacing 'self management'. Now CV is in as manager? It seems from the press release that Vacatia couldn't come up with the financing needed to complete re-opening?
Did the owners at this resort had to pay special assessment fees or maintenance fees the passed three (3) years; since the resort was closed in 2022 because of hurricane damages ?
Don't know. Their FB shows a new roof was going on last month. Their webpage doesn't have much info, seems there is more in the owner's portal but that requires a password.
