Master Membership Fiesta Americana 10,000 pts

I'm practically giving away my membership, its 10,000 pts Master Account. I'm only asking for 300 USD, 100 would be for Fiesta Americana Transfer Fee, and 200 would be for the person helping me doing the transfer.

Membership was bought on 2010, still have 25 years left if the membership, is all paid up. I dont use it anymore, and prefer someone else use it.

It is important to include the club and maintenance fee. How much and how they are billed.
Even better if you can include a chart to show what a 10,000 points account can get the owner.

Maintenance Fee would be around 3000 USD per year, 10,000 pts is enough to get you several reservations in the year, or if you want a big reservation to bring the family 10,000 points are enough. Theres more than 190 hotels to book from Fiesta Americana, plus you have access to some Hilton Hotels en the USA, plus RCI to exchange points there also.

Guess if it's to good to be true it must be? He came in very informative had a good plausible story, but in the end think he may have been a scammer (unless he proves otherwise and at that point I'll delete this post)... Payments were made so he can submit the transfer fees etc.. But after everything was "submitted" he now went MIA Its been a week now with 0 responses to any messages where before it was quite common to get a response... i do have a valid ID of the person who picked up the payment...

Communication started via Email, but then i got his number so it was all by phone from that point on. since its thru WhatsApp, the app generally tells you "last seen" time.. and hes been seen online daily since Monday as I've been checking.. even today right now "last seen today at 7:37am" so hes just ignoring the messages or has me blocked potentially..

he mentioned originally 100 for transfer fee and 200 for the person helping with the transfer. I talked to FAVC and have back and forths, he even had some of them email me saying they were in the process of a transfer... but none of them have confirmed or can give any of that information out... i talked to FAVC monday, and they couldnt find any of the information he mentioned by persons name or account #.

i hope its a big misunderstanding and he has a valid excuse for ignoring and not supplying proper information... if thats the case i'll remove and retract any statements..

I talked to FAVC and have back and forths, he even had some of them email me saying they were in the process of a transfer... but none of them have confirmed or can give any of that information out

Money got sent to fredy who i think was just him or his buddy to pick it up... I Tried to paypal but with USA to MX it didn't allow. So only other way to Transfer unfortunately is non refundable services... I've asked FAVC directly costs/process of transferring and they are slower then molasses in responses and i get better answers talking to a wall.. still to this day they haven't given me a direct answer on process,forms etc. which i've asked for (i have a FAVC acc currently so you would figure they would do as i requested). Fernando Ruiz was the "middle man" helping. Claimed his wife actually works for FAVC main office and helps expedite transfers once it gets submitted and goes to her department. FAVC never said any specific cost for name transfer when i asked directly... however, i've seen others post 100 for FAVC Transfers before so figured it was the cost.

Initially it was a Roberto Ramirez who emailed me about combining my accounts but he mainly said just reminding me he cant legally assist in buying/selling memberships only changing owners.. Then a Jessica Chagolla emailed me about transferring an account and i replied to her that i don't want my account touched that i was in the process of buying an account. then (favcowner36) said a Berenice would be reaching out to me... That day Berenice Cardona reached out to me about my "welcome call" which they generally do for new owners to tell them the details of the account.. the call was originally set to take place today the 22nd, but i was able to get a sooner appointment of the 18th and that's when i found out that there is no other account pending and they were just giving me information on my own personal account.

When i talked to FAVC on the phone i tried to ask questions like is there any pending transfers tied to my email(s)? has anyone mentioned or said anything about this transfer as i've been emailed by Roberto and others etc. (also tried emailing the ones who emailed me directly and its been crickets).. but their typical response was i cant disclose that information... i mentioned the persons names that own the account being transfered and they said they cant access that information for privacy reasons they have to call and get me the information i'm requesting.. so hit roadblocks with every avenue.

man, i wish this would have come up before you sent money, there are just way too many red flags in that story for me to have sent money at all.

that is a pretty elaborate scheme to net 300 dollars though, maybe it truly is just that slow.

Initially I told him have FA contact me and I'll be glad to pay them via CC or however means necessary. But claimed FA will bill the current owner account on file for the transfer fee... which to me didn't sound too out of the box. i also asked another person who was giving away their account the process they are going thru (they have a buyer/newowner) and said it was simple forms but long wait. lesson learned still dont trust anyone. let my guard down and got taken advantage of..

if anyone knows of any FAVC accounts they are giving away or potentially selling cheap do let me know. i want to add more points to my current favc portfolio.

FYI, FA will place each resale purchase into a separate account, each with its own club dues. You can transfer points between accounts.

Someone i spoke to the other day said you can combine both into 1 account. However, it would require you to purchase/sign a new contract so they can actually combine them.. which imo makes sense since they want a piece of that never ending pie haha. I'd have to see whats the minimum i could purchase to see if it would offset the club dues on the 2nd account over x-amount of years.

By chance have any idea what a masters account is worth say with 10k pts with 36yrs remaining? i know someone selling one since their signification passed but was debating if it would be worth pursuing it.
