Massanutten - anybody having problems with Key Release Form?

We have been renting out our Timeshare in Woodstone, for many years. Thanks to TUG we have found great people to rent our timeshares.

This year Massanutten is giving us trouble. We were told not to send them anymore the Key Release Form (in order to authorize our guests to retrieve key). Now, all can be done on the phone. We did not like this and emailed our old Key Release Form anyway. We are now chasing reservations and front desk agents. Office claims we will receive a confirmation by mail, closer to the arrival date (that is almost in August).

Is this a deterrent for owners to rent their timeshares on their own. How can we show potential guests that their name shows up in the reservation so we can be paid? if Massanutten refuses to provide us the usual confirmation by email, all is verbal now. Don't want to think they are doing this to discourage owners to go on their own and only rent our units through Massanutten.

Anybody else had this experience?
Thanks

I have not heard this. I normally email and attach the form to Connie Turner and if she isn't available Susan Blackshaw.
I have a couple of resorts that do not provide email confirmations at all. If the guest calls would they be able to verify with the front desk that their name is on the reservation for key release/check in?

Thank you for the information. We have been trying to contact several times Tina Cook, with no success.
We noticed a change in the customer service since last year. Hope this is not the new norm, we have been very happy with this Timeshare for years.
We are concerned if we as owners are treated poorly, how will they treat other guests.
Regards!
