Marriott's Oceana Palms

Oceana Palms has been constructing their second (and final) tower for the past several years, and it was originally scheduled to open in two months in March of 2013.

Does anyone know how the progress is on this? Will it in fact open in March, and/or does anyone have an exact date?

Also, have the street and sidewalk improvements been completed along this particular section of Blue Herron Blvd. (i.e. North Ocean Drive) ?

When we were there in November, they said it was still on schedule for February or March opening.
 
I was there last April and will be again this May. I REALLY hope the construction is finished on the street! I believe the new tower is on schedule....:)
 
Oceana Palms

We were at Oceana Palms last week and the Sunset Tower was looking good. There was no noise or disruption at all. There was outdoor furniture on the balconies and we could see gym equipment in place. The front desk said the opening was set for the last week of February.

It was my understanding that the gym was already open in the new tower? It was supposed to open the week we were there in November, but they said they pushed the opening of the gym back a few weeks.
