We own some Disney vacation club as well. What is nice is that if there is a year we are not using our points or need a little help with the fees, we can always go to one of several DVC rental sites where there are listings ready to be claimed. In other words - potential renters have put in a property and dates that they need and as an owner you just book the time they want and the DVC rental store handles the rest. The price is already fixed. You don't have to wait very long to find a match usually, and it is a much surer thing than putting an already booked property on Redweek or Tug and waiting to see if anyone is interested, and then negotiating if need be. Just wondering if there is anything like that for MVC? Vacation Candy used to by my go to, but their popularity seems to have dried up after Covid. Never had luck with Koala. And it seems Redweek is just flooded with rentals these days so even with a competitive price and a peak time it isn't a sure thing. I was hoping to find a site similar to DVC Rental Store where I could choose from rental requests and book what I know someone wants and for an already agreed upon price. I know TUG has want adds but some are old or potential renters don't update so not real successful there either.

The short answer is that it doesn't exist. A bit longer one is that DVC is unique in the timeshare industry because if you want to stay 'on property' (and Disney continues to ensure that there are advantages to doing so), you have to rent a DVC villa, pay rather a lot to Disney, or pay Marriott not quite so much but still a lot to stay at the Swan/Dolphin/Swan Reserve.

Redweek continues to the best answer. Or you can rent out points through https://vacationpointexchange.com/
