The offer: $8,500 for 1500 annual MVC points
$4,000 closing costs

1: Why are closing costs so incredible high?
2: does the incredible high closing costs makes this MVC points contract hard to resale?
3: What is the going rate for MVC Points contract resale, with closing costs included?
4: What would the annual dues be per MVC Point?
5: What is the current MVC Point selling for resale?
6: Do we know for sure if a MVC point Resale contract will give you the exact same privilages and rights of a MVC Point Retail purchase contract?
What would a persons dissapontment
be with MVC Point resale contract
vs
a MVC Points retail purchase?

I didnt think there were any successful resale points.
MF is $.41/pt right now
I don't know how accurate this is but here is a post about resale costs:

Please let us know if this goes through.

The info on the Redweek site accurately reflects the situation earlier this year when we researched Trust Points. The resale process is still very murky and there's no guarantee, even at this price, the sale would pass ROFR.

That's a lot of money, reflecting a minimal discount over buying direct.

Esp. since you'd be sort of a guinea pig here, if I was making a resale points purchase I'd want to be sure that I was getting a really good buy.

This is such a small discount over full priced retail, I wouldn't even consider it an option. I would need to get it for 30 cents on the dollar to even think twice.
