Marriott Vacation Club "chat" feature not working?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Marriott "chat" feature? I click on the"chat with us" button and it says loading - as normal, but it never loads, and after about 30 seconds just goes back to "chat with us". After this, I need to refresh the page to attempt again, which still doesn't work. I have had this issue for a couple days. Also tried on another computer with the same result.

Trying to add a guests name to a reservation that checks in this Sunday. Any other options besides calling the resort directly?

I guess it's usually in the evening. Just tried before I posted - around 7 pm. I usually use the chat feature and generally tend to use it in the evenings-more free time then Lol. I haven't had any issues until the last maybe 5 days.
 
Update: I managed to get through on the chat. I had to click the "chat with us" button on the Marriott Vacation Club home page - before signing in. I have no idea why it works from the home page before I log in and doesn't work after I log in. Oh well, at least I got someone.
 
The Chat works better if you log out and click Chat. You need to put in all your information, but at least it works. I open a second window in Firefox so I can watch what is happening
