i got HZZAD, no idea what that means.

ZZAD is the oceanside unit.The first building from the beach.I know that because that is the code of my ownership week.The H must have something to do with the size or maybe that it is a rental.

At the Surf Club, in general the OS rooms have better views than the OV, since the building is closest to the water (these rooms were sold at a substantial premium, even though the DC points are the same). However, higher floors have the best views, and there are some spectacular OV rooms as well. Especially if you get one of the higher floors you are apt to have a really great ocean view from an OS room, and even the lower floors have ocean views.

Just about everyone requests a higher floor to get the better views.
