Yowza, that is at least $100 more than Harbour Lake or Grande Vista. Why the premium? Is there a line item in the budget to pay for use of facilities at the nearby World Center? Could that be the reason for the higer MF?
 
My GV 3BR L/O Gold total MF for 2011 was $1216.

I guess the season matters, but not by much. Our 2BR gold was just less than $950.00 for 2012. ExDean was referring to a white week, probably comparable to gold at the other Orlando resorts.
