Is there a way to locate the Marriott Reservation Number of an II trade into a MVC resort (Not the Interval Confirmation Number) on the II Website?

Have anyone heard when this problem is going to fix or maybe they are not going to fix the problem. Only time will tell.

Excellent now I will book a Getaway for my birthday for 2025.

I will be 39. LOL
Reminds me of the birthday card I just sent to my sister.

On the front is an old lady saying
"You know the secret to staying young?"
and then she says
"Lie about your age"

then on the inside of the card she says
"If there's anything I've learned in my 29 years on this earth, it's that one fact" :D

I have been unable to add my recent II exchange to my Bonvoy account. I have tried several times to add the confirmation number to my account online, but continue to receive an error message. My exchange confirmation information is now contained in the email, and there is no PDF attachment. On my most recent exchange to Crystal Shores, I received a low floor poolside villa rather than the confirmed Gufside, which requires 600 more Abound points. On my recent exchange, I'm confirmed into an Ocean Side unit at Barony, so I hope they don't also downgrade me. I plan to add one night via Abound points in a Ocean side villa so I hope they will keep me in the same unit.

II exchanges have definitely declined since MVC acquired them. I guess they are trying to support the lies by MVC sales people that II exchanges are worthless.

No don't fall for that, sales have been saying that for at least 20 years, long before MVW acquired ILG. Note: MVC doesn't own II, MVW does.
You know that II exchanges don't guarantee anything more than the unit size, they are completely clear on that, resorts change the unit view type all the time across many resorts.
Contact Bonvoy Customer service or the resort to get your Bonvoy number attached to the reservation, doing it via the Bonvoy account can glitch out or not match right.

Many of us have been adding our reservations via the Bonvoy website until recently, when it appears they changed their policies. I've also been exchanging through II since the 90's and my confirmed villa classification was always honored except at MGO. Has anyone been able to add their reservation to Bonvoy Website recently and have others had recent good or bad experiences with their confirmed villa classification being honored>

Try looking for the reservation in your spouse/co-owner's name. That happened with one of my exchanges.

I'm proud of my age of living 77 years on planet earth. LOL
I'm still able to jog a half mile daily and walk 2 1/2 miles in the morning.

Keep up the regimen. 3 miles at 77 is a lot to be proud of.

Turn 70 in a few months and have been running/jogging/fast walking/walking since I was 20. The progress from running to walking is the aging process. I have always used time and distance as the gauge going from 3 to 6 miles averaging under 8 minutes per mile to now hoping to average 17 minute miles for 3 to 4 miles. I took a hit with my hip replacement two years ago. Dr said I could ski but no jogging. Great Doc, I hate snow, the cold and I never ski, but appreciate the permission. Living in NY outdoor exercise is now a spring to fall event. Riding a recumbent stationary bike when I don't walk is now a norm. I was just diagnosed with asymptomatic Wenckebach Heart Rhythm that is harmless so they say. I will likely get a monitor implemented under my skin to ensure we know it stays harmless. It may require a pacemaker at sometime with a timeframe from soon to never. In any case I was told that exercise is important so keep it up.
While what I have is harmless, it does remind me that if not now than when. It is the reason for a Cayman Island trip this week, a Disney trip with my Granddaughter in early March, Italy in April and an Iceland Cruise in May. Except for Disney all these are first time visits. Not sure if exercise will help me live longer, but I am sure it will keep me healthier than not doing it.

I tried both my name and spouses name yesterday with no luck.
the exchange was made 11/30. The number was on my email confirmation from II.

It takes awhile for II to get the info. When are you traveling? If it’s not soon I wouldn’t worry about it now- try again later.

In the past, I have been able to add to Marriott after 48 hours. Not traveling until March. Not worried but just want it Done.
I just went on Marriott chat but they don’t have live help until 8 am CST so will try again later.
Just annoying

I've had success by contacting the resort via their Facebook page and either asking them to add my Bonvoy to the reservation or asking them to provide me with the email for the front desk so I can do it.
Some people have reported that resorts can't see a reservation until the week before. That's not been my experience, but may be the case for some resorts.

I received my II confirmation on 11/10 and have been trying to add it since then. I had also had success in the past, but it isn't working now. I also tried to do it through the Bonvoy app, but that didn't work. The problems seem to have started at about the same time that guests could no longer be added through Bonvoy apps. Unless someone has had recent success, I conclude that it was done intentionally. I plan to call the resort later this week because I need to link it to another reservation, but this is becoming an unnecessary PIA.

I can’t seem to even lookup reservations on Marriott.com anymore. Try using the mobile app to look it up and add the reservation to your Trips.

I tried the mobile app last week unsuccessfully but was able to find it today. The app is often a pain due to all of the promotional notifications you have to get through. Thanks.
