Marriott Priority in II

Can anyone tell me how long the Marriott to Marriott Owners priority is in the II Exchange system (legacy weeks)? I have both Hyatt II and Marriott II accounts. The Hyatt is historically a much stronger trader than the Marriott weeks (because my Marriott weeks are Orlando) but I have been seeing a desireable Marriott unit/week in my Marriott II account for several days that isn't showing up in the Hyatt II account as available inventory.

I prefer to trade through the Hyatt account because of surplus points. So, I'm trying to figure out how long it should take for the Marriott week/unit to show as available to non-Marriott II accounts, if not snagged by a Marriott account holder during the preference period.

The Marriott priority can be as much as 24 days or, during flexchange, as little as 3 days.

Thanks, Susan. In the Hyatt II accounts the Hyatt to Hyatt priority is a fixed number of days. If I recall correctly is somewhere around seven or ten days. The inventory I'm looking at is still six months out, so Your answer explains why the inventory has been hidden to my Hyatt account for so long.

Keep searching, though, because not all inventory has the Marriott preference. All of the owner deposits do but Weeks deposited by Marriott (ie bulk bankings, Marriott Rewards exchanges, Marriott-owned, etc.) may not. It's possible Marriott could deposit an exact match to what you're watching and you could grab it immediately. Good luck!
