I have had my card now for one year and still haven't seen my free night hotel stay. When do they send you that certificate?
Thanks

Are you asking about a free night with the Marriott Chase VISA? They issue an e-certificate and it shows up in your Marriott account online. It is valid for 6 months from the date of posting.

Did you receive a certificate when you opened your VISA account and now are wondering about the anniversary certificate?

Lisa

I upgraded my account last October from the regular Marriott rewards to the premier. Its now been one year and I haven't seen any certificate in my on-line account. I guess its time to call.

Chris-
When you sign on to Marriottreward.com, click on the top bar "Change/Cancel Reservations". Then scroll to the bottom of that page and you should see an e-certficate for a 1 night stay. If it's not there then you should call Chase and find out why it hasn't been issued.

You might wait a bit longer before calling. From the T&C for the Premier card:
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from your account anniversary date for your Anniversary Free Night Stay E-Certificate to be automatically deposited into your Marriott Rewards Account.

check when you thought it was due

I dont always see mine unless I check activity for the period of time that it should have showed up. Good luck with using it.
