Does anyone know how Marriott Newport Coast Villas are selling on the "Resale Market".
How much have Sellers been able to sell for or Buyers willing to pay?
Are they closing escrow and passing ROFR and what seems to be that magic number these days?

Thanks for any input.

Welcome! I am going to move your post to the Marriott Board where you will get expert help.

For many years the NCV had a pretty solid ROFR basement.

~$18K for Platinum & ~$13K for gold.

But there have been several people recently which said they have passed ROFR at NCV at ~$15K for Platinum & ~$10K for gold.

Hope that helps

Thank you Bill & Robert. By the way, Robert, I went to that link and it looks like not many people are adding their info to it.:)

Where would be good places to advertise a sale?

Robert,

Thanks.

Noticed that you own at the Waiohai. We've been there twice. May of both 2006 & 2008. We traded our Newport Coast for it. LOVE Ka'uai!!!

I picked up one on ebay for $15,157 platinum. That's not to say it will pass ROFR. I have my fingers crossed. I had a HGVC bought back yesterday. I hope it is not a trend for me. :annoyed:
