We stayed there (on a trade) about 12 years ago when we got married at nearby Lanikuhonua. We really like the resort, and figured if we wanted a place to return when we stayed on Oahu annually, this would be the place. MFs are high, but cheaper than a top-notch hotel. And, if we didn't insist on Orchid's for Sunday Brunch, La Hiki at the nearby Four Seasons is pretty good. A bit of a drive to our favorite spots on the island, but that's fine. We usually go all over the island when we stay on Oahu, and our house in Aiea also required some driving when we visited. Ko Olina is only about another 20-25 minutes from Ala Moana/Waikiki (or Manoa or Makapuu), about the same distance to the North Shore, and closer to Waikele.
