Posting this here for awareness as I have added it to the long ongoing discussion in the Marriott forum. But Marriott has started to add Sheraton and Westin deeded weeks to the Destinations/Abound Trust.

Is it accurate to assume that these weeks were previously available to the VSN for extra inventory for Home or Staroptions use, but now would not be available, and only for Abound points use?

Princeville had always been pretty easy to book at 8 months, but maybe no longer the case?

It depends on the timing of when they were re-aquired and what Vistama/MVC did with the usage. It is quite possible these were put up for nightly rental on Marriott.com and never available for owners to book through VSN during the time MVC was holding them.

Additional inventory added. Including WKORV, WKORVN and even Westin Riverfront!

But the inventory can not (and should not) be eligible to book at 13 months.

I do beleive that is still true. Technically they could have exception if they wanted to push the bounds of their ownership at certain resorts. Some resorts like SVR and SBP do allow for home resort reservations in advance of 12 months, but I don't know if VSN members can do that. It may only apply to true voluntary ownerships.

Our SVR weeks are fixed/float, so the reservation shows up 18mos in advance.

If they purchased a bunch of these type, they could offer them 13mos out, but only for specific dates.
