An EOY of these is on Dioxide's ROFR database at $1,997 (which I think is a great price). So $4,000 - $5,000 is probably a reasonable guesstimate of what one of these would sell for. A Gold season was on eBay recently (EOY) and sold for $1,741.

Good luck if you're chasing one of these, I think this 3BR has a great deal of potential (as does the 3BR Grand Chateau).

Best,

Greg

Greg hit it pretty close. I bought platinum 2br for $4,500 and think the price has gotten down to $3,000 consistently. If a 2br is $3,000, I think a 3br is 4-5,000. You need to own at least to units to book 13 months in advance and get the high demand family weeks.

The 3br has a special value for families, but only Christmas, Presidents week, and Easter. The Gold season summer three bedroom can find families all summer long. I think the 3br/2br premium is bigger in the summer.

I believe summer is Platinum at Grand Vista

Help with MGV seasons

Thinking of purchasing MGV. The best time to go there is in June when all my grandchildren are out of school. What Season should I be looking for.
Thanks for all the great advice in these postings.
