Marriott grande vista 2 bedroom gold season annual use. First use 2026

Annual use Marriott grande vista, it is part of the Florida club(we booked ocean front at ocean pointe for 2025 usage in late June).

Annual fees for 2025 were $1957, first usage and fees for new owner in 2026.
Buyer to pay closing and rofr. Any questions, just ask!

Bumping this back up! We used the Florida club to book a late June ocean front week at ocean pointe for our usage this year!
 
I am surprised you haven't found anyone to take this yet. Our gold weeks still trade great!
