We were just informed today by the sellers broker (who originally told us it passed ROFR) that Marriott acted on the ROFR for EOY platinum 2BR at
$5950. We were excited for nothing. Oh well, guess we'll try again. I already posted it on Dioxide's ROFR list.

better luck next time.... Keep in mind that ROFR is variable, so don't get dissuaded. Make the best deal you can and hope for the best next time around.
