I received an email from a reseller that I know who has an three bedroom annual platinum Grand Chateau with an ASKING price of $9995. Pretty low asking price for that unit. I wonder if there is going to be some panic selling as more people get their maintenance fee bills and realize they are financially unable to pay the bill.

This is where I think it would be smart if Marriott billed for MF on a monthly basis. $75 a month would seem easier for people at the lower end of the financial spectrum to handle than $900 or more all at once right after the Christmas shopping season. A monthly charge is easier for most people to budget for.
