Marriott Data Breach - Class Action

I received an email from Marriott about them being hacked and losing my data. I was also contacted by Boughton Law, who has started a class action in British Columbia, Canada. Has any else had this problem or been contacted about the class action?

If anyone is concerned about this, Boughton Law has posted the action on their site and you can have a read.

Lately, I have been getting a lot of scammer type calls and I am wondering if it is related to this.

I have not rec'd a letter from Marriott? What's next ?

I still have not received anything from Marriott and stay in Starwood/Marriott properties at least 50 nights each year for the past 12 years.
