I understand the resort is undergoing renovations from Sept.- Dec. 2018 in the Osprey Building. We currently have reservations in the building and are concerned about the impact the construction may have on our visit. Any thoughts or suggestions on dealing with this. Thanks.
 
They are supposed to be doing one floor at a time with no occupants on a floor being worked on. You can only hope you are as far away from it as possible. Contrast this to Sea Pines occupants who literally had construction workers knocking on their door to enter the room and work.

They are also resurfacing both pools. The pools will likely be done before Dec but if the pools matter to you it might be a good idea to find out the intentions and the time table.
