I read a few old posts asking if anyone had current prices for Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island. I searched through some emails I had and found this initial price listing I received which was effective back in May 2007. Not sure if there has been any increase since.

I doubt that there's much of a lineup to buy there at those prices!

With the absolute beating the real estate market has taken in some areas of Florida, I wonder how sales are going and if these are still the prices. I also wonder at what price we'll start to see resale prices go for here. If Marriott has a bunch of weeks left, they're not going to be aggressive acquiring more weeks using ROFR at this property.

It is a beautiful area though.
 
I'm sure people are keeping their hands in their pockets these days. This may be a place to trade into and not own outright.
 
I love this location and we stayed one New Year's eve for a week when the property was the Radisson. Great beach!!!

In a few years I look forward to trying to trade into this resort. Those prices are pretty funny though.:hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical:
