We arrived 1/10/26 and have been here 2 weeks and every day multiple things go wrong:
- no water
- no elevator service, when working Long waits
- no TV, when working only local broadcasting stations
- 2 loud broadcast notifications at 5ish AM to vacate the building and shockingly the stairways down are Totally Black!
I guess that if you “think” you’re at BeachPlace and nothing happens you are not really at Beachfront.
We are here for the winter, love the weather and a super location but heads should roll if this crap continues.
 
We were at BeachPlace from 1/10-1/17…we had no issue with water..we had the usual elevator service,we heard that 1 elevator was out of service..our last 2 days t.v. Service was down..we were told via text in the morning that there was a false alarm and apologized for the inconvenience..we must of slept through that alarm…we have been going to BeachPlace for the last 8 years to celebrate my wife’s birthday,and never ever had any major problems..BeachPlace has become a disaster,a total disaster…we will never ever return…the surrounding area has deteriorated beyond belief..vagrants sleeping along the beach..restaurants we visited every year are gone and replaced by bars that cater to young adults…the ONLY positive is the beach..We were happy to check out early..My advice to anyone thinking about vacationing at BeachPlace is DONT!!..
