Is there a connection? I thought I had read that in order to build MGC, Marriott had to buy out Polo Towers. So if I am correct is Polo Towers considered a Marriott property? Or as my wife would say "wrong again bob".:D

There was a connection. Part of the deal for some concessions that PT made so that Marriott could start construction was that Marriott salespeople (actually, primarily former PT salespeople) had to sell the remaining Polo Towers weeks before beginning GC sales. That was done.

You can be pretty sure that PT will never become a Marriott, nor will it be managed by Marriott.

So you can take your spouse out for that nice dinner tonight.
