Since it is a members only feature, you must logged in and be a member of TUG in order or in order to see the sightings board or the threads that appear there.

Look at the main list of forums - it's near the bottom, right below the TUG Lounge.

If you look under your name on the left, you will see that you are listed as a "guest."

If you have paid the $15 for a TUG membership, either it has expired and needs to be renewed, or you haven't changed your status to "member" in your user profile.

For a walk-through, click on BBS Help, and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list.
