I would like to know if there are two bedrooms or more at this hotel. I found the ads on VTR and two renters have sent pics of their units. They are part of the renovation that is going on at the hotel. If anyone has seen these units it would help me make my decision about renting them.

What's a fair amount of deposit for a three night stay?

All MC rooms are 1 bedroom. The larger ones have a 2nd bath. All untis have a pull out sofa but none of them have 2 bedrooms

So the new renovated ones aren't available in two bedroom either?
The pics look good so you think the renter is sending me false info.

Of interest to those who want to stay here. All units have a Mandatory hospitality fee of $30.00 a nights. Doesn't matter if it's a studio or 2 bedroom. Of course if you go thru with their sales pitch appointment (90 minutes) they will skip the fee.

While units exchanged via RCI have a daily hospitality fee, those coming through SFX or II do not.

the larger unit - one bedroom unit with two bathrooms; there is a door between the bedroom and the living room. Some AD would say two rooms.
But MC definitely does not have two-bedroom unit.

The mf for MC is about $2,200/week, most owners rent for $300/day; anything less than that is a good deal.

I called Manhatten club and they only have the studio and one bedrooms. I needed two bedrooms because I have 5 adults going. It was a good price of $200 a night.

Maximum occupancy is 4. Even if you tried, I'm not sure where you would put a fifth person.
