Does anyone know where to get good Masadas on Maui? When we were on the Big Island last year we found a place that made them great. What about Maui?
Thanks,
Bart

Do you mean malasadas? To me Leonards is the gold standard but in Maui you'll find Home Maid bakeries in Kahului that have them.

Correction of my post: Malasadas

Do you mean malasadas? To me Leonards is the gold standard but in Maui you'll find Home Maid bakeries in Kahului that have them.

Thank you for the correction. The trouble with Home Maid is after having them on The Big Island with a fruit filling or thick custard what we found at Home Maid doesn't even compare.
Any other places on Maui to try malasadas?
Thanks,
Bart

On Maui, I'd rather have the cinnamon buns at the Cinnamon Roll Fair-Hawaii bakery in Kihei. My favorites are the ones with raisins and mac nuts.
