Maintenance Spreadsheet

Depends on how much I hate myself. What you see right now is 20 hours worth of work to reconcile all of the posts on TUG and the information from Marriott's website. My goal of going to 2009 was to essentially capture MF just before when Destination Club went live.

If you decide to take it further, I could look up MOC amounts for 2005-8...

I think a lot of those already exit here. Along with all the other resorts. This is the MF list that DaveM used to maintain.

It looks like Lakeshore Reserve is missing from the spreadsheet?

Thanks. I'll combine the two for MOC into one xls just so I can see how bad it's gotten since our first year. I know it's around twice as bad, but the exact numbers should be telling...

I left off Lakeshore Reserve because I did not understand their options. Based on what I saw on the reservation site and on the Calendars, I didn't know what we're valid options because not all 3BR were the same, etc.

It is my understanding that there are 2BR, 2BR Deluxe, and 3BR Units that were sold at Lakeshore Reserve in Platinum and Premier Platinum season. While there are 2BR and 3BR townhouses as well as 2BR and 3BR lock off units, MVCI didn't sell those specifically. If you have a 2BR unit, you can book a dedicated unit, a lock off unit or the 2BR townhouse. The same goes for the 3BR. Perhaps an owner there can confirm.

You are correct about the maintenance fees - I've never attempted to reserve a townhome and can't comment on that aspect. The budget shows 6 unit categories and does not differentiate townhomes.

Let me see if I have this right.

Premier Platinum
2BR
2BR Deluxe
3BR

Premier
2BR
2BR Deluxe
3BR

Does that summarize the options? Is it really only 6 choices? If so, I can get that added.

You got it mostly right. The other season isn't Premier, it is Platinum. So two seasons; Platinum and Premier Platinum.
