The sales rep at Panama City said we can enroll in a program (vacationshare - but special) that will pay our maintenance fees for the year if we give back 300,000 points to Wyndham every January that they use for rentals for prospective buyers. Has anyone heard of this? And is it true? (Seems too good to be true and just another lie to us)

The lies never end. There is always some new name for the same ol' Wyndham and always some way to travel free (if you rent through their own rental arm, where you aren't guaranteed to get a rental at all).
