Does anyone know if this can be done? I'm in talks with a guy who has VIP status with Wyndham. I'd like for him to put the title in an LLC, add me as an LLC member and user on the account, and then sell me his LLC shares--keeping the title in the LLC's name. I would just change the password on the account. Does anyone know if this could work?

Small world. My brother-in-law and his wife lived in Milledgeville GA for awhile.

I don't know as I have not done this myself. I have heard that others have done this or something similar. How long this may be successful I don't know. My guess would be anyone with experience with this would not post about it, as this is a public forum that can be read by Wyndham. I understand that several owners including current VIP owners do have their ownerships in the name of LLCs, so it does seem plausible.

I have 2 vip accounts in LLCs, and although I havent done it I have no doubt that I can sell my LLC to someone else , than change the name and address on the accounts, effectively transferring the VIP benefits to someone new. In fact this is my exit strategy. rather than selling my contracts one by one, ($299 each) Ill sell the company

The problem as I see it is that Wyndham will still have my name. and if my buyer defaults, I suspect they will try to find me

So as I see it now Ill might as well just add a new name to the account and let the new buyer use it as his own. If he defaults It comes back to me, kinda like hiring a points manager
