I hope the reason you didn't respond to my post is that you are looking into the matter of how Silverleaf can block PFD. I was an owner even before the point system was devised. It is my property despite what the irrational people at Silverleaf try to purport. I also feel that RCI has been unequivical in their statements about the PFD program. I don't care what actually happens to the deposit I have in the weeks bank and the ones I will put in there in the future. I just want the points. If RCI wants to make it a gift of points to me each year, that is fine. I just don't feel RCI can make a statement on the webpage and have me rely upon it to my detriment and then deny me access to PFD. Furthermore, every one of the VC's I've talked to has said there is no problem but then I never get the points. I must have talked to 4 or 5 VC and supervisors as well as others at corporate. If you can't control Silverleaf, don't make the statement that I "can" use PFD on the webpage. I am very frustrated to say the least and I would appreciate it if you could get to the bottom of this issue.
