Madge, I posted two separate threads several days ago asking questions about RCI membership but as of today no answer from RCI. I really need to find out this information as I am trying to finalize a decision concerning a resort. Thanks. Tim

I post here as often as I'm able. The demand from my other duties at RCI ebbs and flows. When you have a request of a more urgent nature, please send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line. The Communications Team will be glad to try to help, and they're usually very timely - within a day or two.
